4 Week Fit Challenge

4 week challenge includes:
• 2 work out sessions per week. Tuesdays & Thursdays. We meet at 5:45pm for a 6pm start.
• Hydration drink and post workout nutrition
• Tanita Body Composition Scan.
• Access on to the community Facebook page
• Community support
• Nutrition Education Workshops on and offline.
• FUN! Work out sessions are 30 minutes including cardio and body weight strength exercises.
