4 Week Nutrition Workshop
Our workshops are interactive and we like to keep them light and simple. These are usually about 30 - 45 minutes long.
Due to our national isolation we will be running these via Zoom - link available when you register.
We run these on a 4 week rotation starting with our Know Your Numbers presentation where we show you what your numbers mean, how nutrition can help you in your health goals, and the strategy we recommend at The Nutrition Hutt to move your numbers into healthy ranges. Your "numbers" come from a Body Composition Scan using our Tanita Scales.
The following three weeks dive into the topics of Protein, Water, Cellular Nutrition, Metabolism, Digestive Health, Fibre, Fats, Sugar, Carbohydrates, and reading Nutrition Labels.
You also get access to our closed Facebook Group which includes self paced Learning Units so participants can go through the units and learn about nutrition topics: Protein, Metabolism, Water, Fibre, Digestive Health, Resolutions and Maintenance.
